My entire address can’t be found in the app
This mostly happens when the address concerned is a newly build project or area. However, the reason can also be something entirely different. In any case, you can resolve the issue by filling in a nearby address in the app. Please fill in the correct address information in your profile, underneath the field ‘something about yourself’. Make sure to inform the person you are sharing a ride with about the correct address.
My address can be found in the app, but my house number can’t
In this case, the street is known in Google Maps but your house number isn’t. You can resolve this issue by trying different house numbers on the same street. Is it still not working? Please fill in another address that is nearby your address. Make sure to inform the person you are sharing a ride with about the correct address.
